My name is Louna.
People often describe feeling curiosity, freedom, and acceptance around me, and with time, depth. Presence matters to me more than image, what is felt more than what is shown.

I live from an inner truth. I question what is presented as reality, listen closely to my body, and decide from there what has meaning in my life. I choose from integrity, not from habit, conditioning, or the need to be validated.
​
What matters most to me now is peace. Not the absence of chaos, but the alignment that comes from not betraying myself. I no longer hurt myself for short lived satisfaction or external recognition. I treat myself as the most important person in my life, with care, patience, and honesty.

I am not interested in living a perfect life.
I am interested in living my own. A life shaped by desire, awareness, and the courage to follow what feels true.
My Story with Writing.
During my twenties, I attended spiritual retreats, travelled the world in search of meaning, and met mentors.
I read dozens of books, meditated for hours, explored countless tools and practices.

But writing… writing is what helped me the most.
​
It was through writing that I discovered what was actually living inside me.
That’s where I truly began to meet myself, not to think who I was, but to discover it.
Often, what emerged on the page surprised me, revealing parts of myself I wasn’t even aware of.

I learned to accept myself more deeply, and it was never about the number of pages or the beauty of the words, but about the truth I finally allowed myself to face.
​
Opening my journal means opening an intimate space with myself.
It means nurturing a relationship we too often take for granted.
It’s choosing to truly see myself, rather than simply perceiving myself.
​
And yes, sometimes it’s uncomfortable, challenging.
But it’s also liberating, powerful, and profoundly nourishing.
This is the experience, this transformation, that I want to share through Carnet Brut.
