Integration - (3weeks)

Integration is a deep, grounding immersion into meaning, purpose, and inner coherence.
 
This program invites you to meet what lies beneath identity, desire, and relationship: your shadows, your contradictions, your fears, and the parts of you that quietly shape your choices. It is a space to slow down, digest what has been revealed, and allow insight to settle into direction.
 
Building on the foundations of the Carnet Brut Initiation, Integration uses writing as a tool for deep existential inquiry. Through carefully designed prompts, you are guided to explore questions of purpose, passion, values, and long-term vision; not as abstract ideas, but as lived realities emerging from your inner world.
 
This is not about fixing yourself or constructing a new persona. It is about reframing your story from a place of honesty, integrating shadow rather than rejecting it, and allowing clarity to arise from what has been faced and understood.
 
Over three weeks, you will work with themes such as:
- shadow and self-confrontation
- meaning, direction, and inner authority
- ambition, resistance, and fear
- coherence between desire, values, and action
- long-term vision rooted in truth rather than expectation
 
Integration is a space of grounding and synthesis. Sharing remains optional. What matters is presence, discernment, and the courage to look clearly at what drives you, and what no longer does.
 
This program is for those who feel ready to move from exploration to alignment. For those who sense that clarity does not come from answers, but from integration.
 
Integration requires the Carnet Brut Initiation, as it relies on the same foundations of presence, raw expression, and embodied truth, and brings them toward coherence, direction, and meaning.
