Initiation - (6 weeks)

Carnet Brut is an immersive writing initiation designed to reconnect you with your raw, living truth.
 
This is not a creative writing class, and it is not about performance, technique, or producing “beautiful” texts. It is an invitation to slow down, listen, and write from direct experience; from the body, the present moment, and what is genuinely alive within you.
 
Over the course of Initiation, you will be guided through a series of writing prompts and shared spaces that invite you to observe your inner movements, your resistances, your emotions, and your contradictions without judgment. The writing becomes a mirror, not to fix yourself, but to meet yourself.
 
Carnet Brut is a multilingual space. You are free to write in the language that feels most natural to you. The shared group calls and the group space are held in English.
 
Carnet Brut is about presence. About learning to stay with what arises instead of escaping it. About allowing discomfort, boredom, desire, tenderness, and clarity to pass through words. You write not to explain, but to reveal. Not to impress, but to tell the truth as it is, right now.
 
Initiation sets the foundations of the Carnet Brut practice: writing from sensation rather than thought, anchoring words in lived reality, and cultivating an honest relationship with your inner world. Through daily prompts and group calls, you are invited into a safe and intimate space where sharing is optional, listening is central, and authenticity is valued over coherence.
 
Carnet Brut is for those who feel the need to return to themselves. For those who want to create space inside, digest experience, and develop a more intimate relationship with their own voice. For those who sense that writing can be a ritual of presence, a way to inhabit life more fully.
